Thank you....please reply Solution: Go to the Pc which has the latest updates C:\Program Files\ESET\ESET NOD32 Antivirus\ copy all em0*files and simply overwrite it in the same folder (C:\Program Files\ESET\ESET NOD32 Antivirus\) on the other Pc which has no net connectivity... first you need a pc installed nod and than you update from the pc conected to the net than u need nod file generator to generate file , after u generete files u can take it in drive and u can past it down in you pc after some setting Hey all I have a whole solution for nod updates..
